I am passionate about serving communities in need and non-profit organizations. I can help your organization create and implement an effective well-being strategy, create content, and hold workshops for your community. Organizations include the Diabetes Foundation, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation (CPARF), Divabetic, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI NYC) as a wellness support group leader.
I want to share my wellness experience and expertise at your next special event. I am available via video-conferencing or live (when we can!). Participants will walk away with the tips, tools, and motivation to make positive changes in their lives. I have created and facilitated over a hundred well-being webinars and workshops on the corporate level on topics such well-being, self-care, stress management, flow, healthy eating, weight management, physical activity, and sleep. Organizations and conferences include the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS) New England Chapter, the World Congress Well-being Bootcamp, and the Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College.

Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or want to deepen your practice, As an RYT 200, I offer accessible and engaging vinyasa, chair, and hatha yoga classes for all levels and special needs populations. Zoom sessions available.
One-on-one and small group sessions are available in the comfort of your own home or when permissible, at the beautiful Pure Bliss Yoga studio located in Fort Lee, NJ. Special events welcome.
