b3 Wellness Coaching

I provide individual and group coaching sessions grounded in the bend burn breathe (b3) methodology. You’ll learn how live a more positive life in a healthy body while doing the things that make you feel alive. Examples of lifestyle topics include weight loss, nutrition, exercise, health management, stress, sleep, and discovering and pursuing passions and activities to bring you lasting joy.

Telephonic or in-person sessions in the New York City/Northern NJ metro area are available.

b3 Yoga

Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or want to deepen your practice, I offer accessible and engaging hatha and vinyasa classes for teens, adults, seniors, and special needs populations. With an eye on alignment, I focus on using breath in motion to foster a greater mind-body connection resulting in a more supple body and relaxed mind.

One-on-one and small group sessions are available in the comfort of your own home or at the beautiful Pure Bliss Yoga studio located in Fort Lee, NJ. Birthday parties and special events welcome!

b3 Presenting

I  am available to speak at your next event where I will share my story of transformation and present wellbeing in a fun and interactive way. Participants will walk away with the tips, tools, and motivation to make positive changes in their lives.
