Pro Bono Wellness Consulting
I am passionate about serving communities in need and non-profit organizations. I can help your organization create and implement an effective wellness strategy, write content, and hold workshops for your community. I have served as Wellness Consultant and Fitness Ambassador for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation (CPARF), as Fitness Expert for Divabetic, a unique diabetes educational organization, and as Wellness Support Group Leader for the NYC chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI NYC).
I provide individual and group coaching sessions grounded in the bend burn breathe (b3) methodology. You’ll learn how live a more positive life in a healthy body while doing the things that make you feel alive. Examples of lifestyle topics include weight loss, nutrition, exercise, health management, stress, sleep, and discovering and pursuing passions and activities to bring you lasting joy.
Telephonic or in-person sessions in the New York City/Northern NJ metro area are available.
