I am available for group, semi-private, and private yoga sessions. I teach in the Vinyasa style with a focus on alignment and creative sequencing. I utilize the breath in motion to foster a greater mind-body connection and a deeper sense of relaxation. I offer novice, beginner, and intermediate classes to adults and seniors, including adaptive chair yoga.

Wellness Coaching

I provide individual and group coaching sessions grounded in the b3 methodology. Topics include weight management and weight loss, improving eating habits, increasing physical activity, creating a positive mindset, managing stress, and discovering and pursuing creative outlets to bring you lasting joy. Telephonic or in-person sessions are available.


I  am available to speak at your next event where I will share my story of transformation and present wellbeing in a fun and interactive way. Participants will walk away with the tips, tools, and motivation to make positive changes in their lives.
